✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is new, unused, and in original condition.
- Return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
⚠️ Used items are not eligible for refund or return, unless there is a major undisclosed defect.
📦 Non-Returnable Items
- Items sold as “Used” or “Final Sale”
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Helmets and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for size issues, if the same item is still in stock.
- Customer must cover return shipping fees both ways.
💰 Refunds
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (mobile transfer, bank, etc.)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
🚚 Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
- Provide order number, product photos, and reason
- Ship the product back using a reliable courier
- We inspect the item before refund/exchange approval
